I design User Experience and User Interface for any type of complex platforms on any device. I have experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Content Management System (CMS) software.
CRM - Customer Relationship Management
​Brief: Redesign and reorganize an existing CRM system for B2B release.

My process:

I began analyzing the complex user flows and all the options the CRM software offered for the different categories of stakeholders.

I reorganized the multiple options users had access to into more intuitive logical patterns, prioritizing the desired actions and the most used options.

I designed a friendly interface and tried to make everything as intuitive as possible through icons and colors.
CMS - Content Management System
Brief: Create an interface for the CMS of a used cars website. The CMS needs to be able to input, track, and manage a fleet of used cars.
My process:

I had detailed discussions with the final users of the platform in order to accurately understand their needs.

I gathered all the variables and the input/output data and I reorganized their user tasks into an intuitive logical flow in order to speed up their day to day work.

I designed a simple and usable interface while making sure that everything correlates with information displayed on the website.
