The project detailed below was done after a thorough consultative process with the company.
The graphic design source files were taken over by an external team for implementation.
This application is still in development.
The Brief
Redesign the CarCentric mobile application and optimize User Experience. The application has two versions - Driver and Supplier.
My role included optimizing user flows for both Drivers and Suppliers.
Careful consideration was paid in order to optimize usability towards specific desired outcomes for each category of users.
The Design System
All the elements are custom designed starting with two simple requests from the customer - use dark theme and make it fun and colorful utilizing the logo colors.
I focused on simple derivations of the colors and used them on contrasting elements and CTAs.
The User Experience
I set out to design a clean user experience by simplifying the navigation flows to as few steps as possible for both Driver and Supplier.
I applied designed for one handed use in order to make the application more accessible to the main category of users, which are going to be drivers.
Every desired action was made to be only 3 taps away.
